Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2026 – Sateesh Kumar has joined Cubic Corporation as Head of Talent Acquisition – India, taking on a strategic leadership role to build scalable, high-impact teams and strengthen talent strategies supporting the company’s continued growth in the region. In this role, he will focus on developing inclusive talent practices, strengthening leadership hiring, and enabling long-term workforce development.
Sateesh Kumar joins Cubic Corporation with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership across global organizations. Most recently, he served as Head of Talent Acquisition – India at Lumen Technologies, where he led large-scale hiring initiatives and talent strategy across India, contributing to building strong, future-ready teams.
Prior to this, he was with DBS Bank as Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition (DBS Asia Hub 2), where he managed leadership hiring and supported talent strategy for key business functions.
Earlier, he held the role of Senior Manager – Recruitment and Center Head (Hyderabad) at Ness Digital Engineering, where he played a key role in building a large global talent center for a Fortune 500 client, demonstrating his capability to scale hiring operations effectively.
His career also includes leadership roles at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre and Thomson Reuters, where he managed hiring across technology, infrastructure, and media portfolios. He began his journey with organizations such as iGATE Global Solutions, FCG Software Services, and i-flex solutions, building a strong foundation in recruitment and workforce planning.
Sateesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Periyar University.
