New Delhi, Delhi, India, June 2024 – Satyakam Mishra has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Translumina Therapeutics, where he will be responsible for leading the global HR function for Translumina and its group companies.
Satyakam joins Translumina from Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources for over four years. At Intas, he managed HR for various business units, including Pharma, Gynaecology, Generics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Tender business, and Oncology. His responsibilities also encompassed Sales HR/Field HR across India and corporate HR. Previously, he was the HR Head for Emerging Markets, covering Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Africa, and led HR technology and automation initiatives.
Before Intas, Satyakam was the Head of Human Resources at Bata Singapore for over six years. He was responsible for various business units, including Local Retail Business, Asia-Pacific HQ, International Franchising Business, Global Export, Regional Product Development/Innovation Center, and AW Lab business. His role included strategic HR partnership, talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, change management, and regional project management.
Satyakam also has experience as a Human Resources Manager – Asia Pacific at Syneos Health, where he managed HR operations across the region. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Pitney Bowes in various HR roles, including HR Manager for South East Asia & South Africa and HR Manager (Head of HR) in New Delhi, India. His responsibilities ranged from talent acquisition and HR operations to strategic HR support and execution of global HR initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Satyakam worked as a Senior Executive – Human Resources at BCH Electric Ltd and as an Assistant Consultant – HRD at Ma Foi Randstad, gaining valuable experience in HR management and consulting.
