Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2024 – Saurabh Sinha has been promoted to the position of Head – C&B, HR Ops and Digital at Sterlite Power. With over six years of dedicated service at Sterlite Power, Saurabh has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision in various HR roles, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Saurabh’s most recent role was as Assistant Vice President – Performance & Rewards for approximately one year. In this position, he led the Compensation & Benefits, Performance, and System verticals, managing HR projects and programs related to automation, policy redesign, and change management initiatives.
Before that, he served as Chief Manager – Performance, Rewards and Systems for about four years. Saurabh was responsible for leading the C&B and HRMS functions, successfully implementing the SuccessFactors suite twice and managing various HR functions.
From April 2018 to March 2019, Saurabh held the role of Lead – C&B and HRMS in the New Delhi Area. In this capacity, he managed the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules and led the C&B and HRMS functions.
Earlier, at Relaxo Footwears Limited, Saurabh worked as Manager Performance & Compensation and HRIS for approximately 2.5 years. He managed performance management cycles, compensation strategy, and SAP SuccessFactors module implementations.
In his initial role at XecuteHR Solutions Private Limited, Saurabh served as Manager HRMS for around 1.5 years. He was responsible for product management and implementation of various HR automation projects.
