In his new role, Sean will oversee talent acquisition initiatives, driving innovative hiring strategies and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives across its global operations.
Before this appointment, Sean Callahan served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Cushman & Wakefield, leading recruitment efforts for North America Asset Services, including multifamily, commercial real estate, and client accounting. During his tenure, he played a key role in streamlining talent acquisition processes and enhancing workforce capabilities.
Earlier, Sean was Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Leadership/Strategic Roles at Carvana, where he focused on hiring top leaders to support the company’s disruptive approach to the automotive industry.
At Nextiva, Sean held multiple roles, including Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, where he developed global recruiting strategies, implemented the Greenhouse ATS system, and provided recruitment guidance to teams in Kyiv and Guadalajara.
Sean’s career also includes over six years at Sharp Decisions as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where he specialized in sourcing top IT talent and delivering customized solutions for clients. Additionally, his experience spans roles at University of Phoenix, SEACOMP, and Gallo Wine Company, showcasing his versatility across various industries.
