Saudi Arabia, April 2026 – Shameena Khan has joined Protiviti as Head of Talent Acquisition – Middle East, marking a significant leadership addition as the firm continues to strengthen its presence and talent capabilities across the region.
In her new role, Shameena will focus on driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives, building scalable and data-driven hiring frameworks, and attracting high-caliber talent aligned with business priorities. Her appointment reflects Protiviti’s commitment to strengthening its workforce and enabling sustained growth in the Middle East market.
Prior to joining Protiviti, Shameena Khan served as Deputy Director at SenseTime MEA, where she contributed to expanding the organization’s footprint in the region, supporting AI-driven initiatives and talent strategies aligned with innovation and growth.
Earlier, she spent over eight years with Microsoft as Global Talent Acquisition Lead – EMEA, where she led large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple geographies, building robust talent pipelines, implementing advanced talent mapping strategies, and supporting business transformation through strategic hiring.
She also held leadership roles at Reed, where she served as Practice Head – IT, overseeing recruitment operations and driving business growth in the technology talent space.
Her earlier career includes roles at Plus Point Management Consultants, 3FOLD TRAINING, and Bahwan CyberTek, where she built strong expertise in recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition operations across global markets.
With over 15 years of experience, Shameena brings deep expertise in global talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and building high-performance hiring ecosystems.
