Sharad Chandra has been appointed as the Assistant Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited’s (JSTL).
Prior to joining JSTL, Chandra played a pivotal role at Vimta Labs Ltd as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HRBP, where he held the position of Deputy General Manager of HR Corporate. His responsibilities there encompassed a broad spectrum of HR functions, contributing significantly to the company’s HR strategies and operations. Before his tenure at Vimta Labs, Chandra held a senior management position at Granules India Limited, where his expertise in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and HR interventions was instrumental in shaping the HR landscape of the company.
Chandra’s career also includes a noteworthy stint at Aizant Drug Research Solutions Pvt Ltd, where as the Talent Acquisition Head and HR Lead, he was responsible for senior leadership hiring, talent management, and acting as the de facto HR Head. His strategic HR interventions and efforts in employee retention and engagement played a crucial role in Aizant’s success.
