Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — Sai Lakshmi Industries Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Shweta Suryavanshi as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent management, organizational development, leadership capability, and human capital initiatives as the organization continues to expand across its fashion, real estate, and hospitality businesses.
With over 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership development, and people transformation, Shweta Suryavanshi has built an accomplished career across hospitality, consulting, technology, facility management, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Sai Lakshmi Industries Pvt. Ltd., she served as Vice President at Grand Continent Hotels Limited, after holding the position of Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where she played a key role in strengthening HR operations and people practices within the hospitality sector.
Earlier, Shweta was HR Head at TCFM, leading enterprise-wide HR strategy and workforce management. She also served as Recruitment Project Manager at EY, managing strategic hiring initiatives, and worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, delivering leadership development, competency mapping, assessment centres, soft skills training, and organizational capability programs. Her career also includes senior HR leadership roles as Deputy Director – HR at Wildlife Trust of India, Regional HR Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Regional Manager – HR at ISS Facility Management, Senior Manager – HR at Vipul Facility Management, HR Lead – India at Johnson Controls, HR Manager – Corporate at Unisol Infraservices Pvt. Ltd., along with earlier assignments at Citizen Co-operative Bank and Orion Dialog.
Throughout her career, Shweta has developed extensive expertise in strategic human resources, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, and learning & development. Her ability to build high-performing teams and align people strategies with business objectives positions her well to support Sai Lakshmi Industries’ next phase of growth and transformation.
Academically, Shweta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) specializing in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HR & IR) from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
