Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan – October 2024 – Sikandar Khan has been appointed as the Associate Director of Human Resources at ibex., a global leader in business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience solutions. In his new role, Khan will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing strategic HR initiatives, and fostering an engaging workplace culture across ibex’s operations in Pakistan.
Khan has been with ibex. for over eight years, progressively taking on more responsibilities in HR leadership. Prior to his current role, he served as the Lead HRBP & Senior Manager for HR Operations & Total Rewards (North & Central) for two years, where he spearheaded HR strategies focused on employee engagement, compensation structures, and HR business partnering across regions.
Before this, Khan held the role of Regional HR Business Partner (North & Central) for just over a year, managing HR operations, talent development, and employee relations. His efforts were instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals and enhancing employee retention.
Khan’s earlier roles at ibex. include Manager of HR Operations & Total Rewards and Assistant Manager of HR Operations & Employee Relations. During these years, he played a key role in employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, and managing compensation frameworks. His contributions ensured consistent HR service delivery and compliance with organizational policies.
Before joining ibex., Khan served as HR Lead at INTECH Process Automation for two years, where he managed HR policies, performance evaluations, and employee relations. He also worked as an HR Officer at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where he focused on talent acquisition, payroll management, and employer branding. His early career began with roles in business development at Electro Engineering Company and a brief internship at PepsiCo, which provided foundational skills in client management and sales accounts.
