Sneha has been associated with VULCAN Advance Intelligence Computing Pvt. Ltd. for over four years, where she previously served as HR Manager before being elevated to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in establishing HR processes, developing people-centric policies, and strengthening organizational capabilities to support the company’s rapid growth in AI-driven infrastructure and digital display solutions.
Prior to joining VULCAN, Sneha worked with Light Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. (E42.ai), where she gained significant exposure to HR operations in the AI and automation domain. Her contributions included streamlining recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and HR analytics processes that improved workforce efficiency.
She began her career with S.S. UserWorks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive, where she developed foundational expertise in HR administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Her early experience in fast-paced tech environments shaped her holistic understanding of people strategy in innovation-driven organizations.
Sneha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune — a credential that reflects her strong academic grounding in HR leadership and organizational behavior.
