Delhi, India, July 2024 – Sonam Arora has joined Baazi Games as Head of People & Culture. With extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership, Sonam brings valuable expertise to Baazi Games, a leading gaming tech organization in India.
Before joining Baazi Games, Sonam was with The Good Glamm Group for 1 year and 10 months, where she served as Head HR – Retail and Head HRBP – Corporate. In these roles, she oversaw HR business partnering and strategic human resources leadership.
Prior to that, Sonam was the HR Head at INDmoney.com, where she managed HR functions for 1 year and 8 months. She also served as AGM HR at HT Digital Streams and as Manager HR Business Partner at Go-MMT Partner Community, handling various HR responsibilities and partnering with leadership teams.
Earlier in her career, Sonam held roles at Fever 104 FM (HT Media Ltd.) as Deputy Manager HR, Dish Tv – Essel Group as Assistant Manager HR, and Unison International as Sr. Consultant-Recruitment.
