Earlier at Cigna, she also served as Global Head of Organizational Development | Enterprise Solutions | Performance Optimization | M&A, where she built the company’s first Center of Excellence for Organizational Development, supported major acquisition integration, and helped drive agile transformation across technology and business units.
A significant phase of Sonia Hardaway’s career was built at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she spent more than sixteen years across a range of senior HR and talent leadership roles. She served as Chief Learning Officer | Leadership Development | Talent Management, where she helped modernize the company’s learning and development strategy, established an enterprise-wide center of excellence, launched leadership and succession programs, and introduced a digital learning platform for 25,000 employees.
