New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2024 – Sonu Saksena has been appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer – Asia at TERRE ARMEE INDIA. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions across India, Malaysia, Singapore, and the broader Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Her key responsibilities include policy implementation, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and fostering a high-performance culture across the Asia zone.
With nearly 25 years of HR leadership experience, Sonu Saksena brings a strong track record of strategic HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development.
Prior to joining TERRE ARMEE INDIA, Saksena served as the Head of Human Resources at Hindware Home Innovation Ltd for over nine years, where she played a crucial role in driving HR strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning. She was instrumental in succession planning, talent segmentation, employee engagement programs, and compensation strategies, aligning HR operations with business growth objectives.
Before Hindware, Saksena worked with Bharti Airtel for over 13 years, holding key leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. She played a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, managing employer branding, driving recruitment initiatives, and overseeing leadership development programs. She also led HR operations for over 2,000 employees in the Rajasthan circle, implementing key talent strategies that contributed to Bharti Airtel’s workforce excellence.
Sonu Saksena holds an MBA from Pune University, where she specialized in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
