Hyderabad, Telangana, India – December 2025 — Srilakshmi Kesari has joined Lyric.ai as the Country HR Head – India, where she will spearhead HR strategy, culture-building, and employee experience across the organization’s India operations. As Lyric.ai continues to expand at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and fintech, Srilakshmi’s leadership will be pivotal in nurturing high-impact talent aligned with the company’s values and vision.
Prior to joining Lyric.ai, Srilakshmi was with Tata Consultancy Services as Head HR – Talent Engagement and Development, where she led talent acquisition and development for a UK-based client under the BOT model. She drove HR frameworks, talent policies, and integrated engagement strategies, playing a key role in project scaling and transformation.
Previously, she worked with Ness Digital Engineering as Senior Manager – HR, where she contributed to strategic HR partnering, employee engagement, diversity, performance management, and leadership hiring across digital engineering functions.
Before that, at Synopsys Inc, Srilakshmi served as a Human Resources Business Partner, managing HR operations for offices in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune. She focused on leadership capability development, retention strategy, and rewards across high-performing engineering teams.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ed Ventures, Infotech Enterprises, CSC, and Wipro, consistently driving transformation in areas such as policy design, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
