Array Behavioral Care, a leader in virtual psychiatry and therapy, is pleased to announce Stacie Dickey as its new Director of HR. Dickey will serve in this key role remotely, leveraging her substantial expertise in human resources management acquired over more than a decade in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Array Behavioral Care, Dickey was the Human Resource Director at Ascend Medical from June 2021 to March 2024. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she played a critical role in shaping HR policies that supported the company’s dynamic needs, focusing on compensation, benefits, and employee development. Her leadership helped strengthen Ascend Medical’s HR capabilities, aligning them with the organization’s strategic goals.
Before her tenure at Ascend Medical, Dickey served as the Human Resources Director at West Texas Medical Associates for nearly nine years, from August 2012 to April 2021. During her time there, she was instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that significantly enhanced employee training and development programs, directly contributing to organizational success.
Earlier in her career, Dickey worked as an Administrative Assistant, where she developed foundational skills in office management and operations, setting the stage for her later roles in human resources.
