Rochester, New York, USA, September 2024 – Stephani Dutcher has been named Vice President, HR Strategic Business Partnerships at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. In her new role, she will lead key HR initiatives, fostering strong partnerships and aligning HR strategies with business goals to ensure operational success. Stephani brings over 13 years of experience with Excellus BCBS, where she has held multiple leadership roles, driving strategic HR functions and organizational development.
Stephani has spent the last seven months as the Enterprise Change Management Director at Excellus BCBS, where she led enterprise-wide change initiatives, leveraging her skills in organizational development, executive leadership, and coaching. Prior to this, she was the Director of HR Strategic Business Partnerships for almost five years, where she spearheaded leadership coaching, succession planning, and talent management strategies that aligned with the company’s objectives.
Earlier in her career, Stephani held various HR roles at Excellus BCBS, including HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Consultant, where she focused on executive recruitment and talent acquisition. She also served as a Corporate Retirement Specialist, managing retirement benefits and pension administration.
