Dublin, May 2024 – ESW appoints Stephanie Atkinson as Vice President, HR. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering high-performance cultures within leading organizations.
Before joining ESW, Stephanie served as Head of HR at William Fry LLP, a full-service corporate law firm, from June 2020 to April 2024. As part of the executive leadership team, she oversaw an HR team of eight, managing end-to-end payroll, benefits, recruitment, and talent strategies. She led the firm’s strategic HR plan, which earned recognition for best-in-class mental health initiatives from Ibec and a finalist spot with CIPD.
Prior to William Fry, Stephanie spent seven years at Kellogg Company, where she held several key positions. As Head of Talent, Culture and D&I (August 2019 to May 2020), she designed and deployed talent management strategies, achieving external recognition for her work in culture transformation and inclusion. As HR Director for European Functions & Culture Change Lead (February 2016 to July 2019), she spearheaded a European-wide cultural change program that won multiple awards, including the Business Culture Team Award (2020) and the Irish HR Champion Change Program (2019).
Earlier in her career, Stephanie served in various charity director roles at NKT IKBU (June 2008 to 2013), where she delivered £15 million in annual profits from conferences and tourism. She also held HR leadership positions at Barclays and Siemens, focusing on cultural transformation and employee engagement.
