Prior to joining FIS, Steve Boucher served as Founder and Principal Consultant at Talent Think Tank, advising Fortune 500 clients on skills-based organizations, leadership development, and talent strategy. His efforts led to measurable outcomes including a 40% increase in leadership pipeline strength and a 30% reduction in critical skill gaps.
Before that, he played a key role at Degreed as Strategic Advisory & Solutions Lead, where he helped drive $28.1 million in new revenue while architecting enterprise learning ecosystems and AI-powered workforce planning solutions. His insights shaped strategic HR decisions across major multinational organizations.
Steve spent seven years at Mastercard, holding multiple leadership roles including Vice President, Learning Strategy & Innovation. He was instrumental in implementing the Mastercard Learning Academies, consolidating learning platforms, introducing immersive learning technologies, and launching a global talent marketplace that promoted internal mobility and employee skill development.
Earlier in his career, Steve led L&D initiatives at CenturyLink Business, Unisys, and Sitel, designing high-impact learning programs that improved operational performance and employee engagement.
