His expertise in human capital management and executive leadership will be pivotal as the company continues its growth trajectory.
Before joining Net at Work, Steve Dugan served as Senior Director, Head of Talent Management & Human Resources at Brillient Corporation for nearly three years, where he led the HR function for a 1,500+ employee organization with a focus on talent acquisition, leadership development, and DEI strategies.
Prior to that, he was the Head of Executive Talent Management at National Health Care Associates, overseeing talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple healthcare facilities.
Earlier in his career, he held key HR leadership positions at Budderfly, WWE, and Gartner, where he specialized in restructuring talent acquisition models, implementing global HR systems, and driving organizational effectiveness. His tenure at Tangoe saw him rise to Director of Human Resources & Talent Management, where he managed a 27-member HR team and led major M&A projects and global expansion efforts.
