Before joining Censia, Goldsmith was integral to the development and expansion of Atlassian, where he served as Head of Product for the company’s Accelerator Group for nine years. During his tenure, he significantly contributed to the company’s rapid growth—from under 700 employees to more than 12,000—and helped establish a robust presence in Austin, TX. His strategic leadership and knack for scaling product organizations played key roles in enhancing Atlassian’s global footprint and broadening its product lines.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Steve is an active participant on the boards of several notable non-profits, including Waterloo Greenway, Wonders & Worries, DivInc, and the Atlassian Foundation, underscoring his dedication to community service and social change.
In his role as Chief Product Officer at Censia, Steve will leverage his extensive background in product strategy, product-led growth, and software development to drive forward Censia’s innovations, further solidifying its position as a leader in the burgeoning talent intelligence market.
