With an extensive background in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning within the beauty industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to Stila’s leadership team.
Before joining Stila Cosmetics, Steven served as the Chief Financial Officer at ZO Skin Health, Inc., where he led financial operations for nearly two years, supporting the company’s growth in the premium skincare market. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at BECCA Cosmetics for over three years, playing a key role in financial planning and business strategy for the beauty brand.
Steven spent more than 19 years at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where he held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance & Strategy for Designer Fragrances & Lab Series Skincare For Men, Vice President Finance & Strategy for New Brand Development – ELC Ventures, and Vice President Finance for BeautyBank Inc. His tenure saw him contribute to brand development, financial strategy, and acquisitions, shaping the growth of multiple global beauty brands.
Earlier in his career, Steven worked at Revlon, where he spent over four years, holding key financial roles such as Brand Controller for the Beauty Care Division and Manager of Financial Reporting. His contributions included financial oversight, strategic planning, and brand growth management within the beauty and skincare industry.
