With more than 25 years of experience in executive search, global talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and human capital strategy, Sunny Collier has built an exceptional career helping leading organisations attract and develop executive talent. At Innova Solutions, Collier will lead global leadership hiring initiatives, drive executive recruitment strategies, and help build high-performing leadership teams to support the company’s digital transformation and business growth objectives.
Prior to joining Innova Solutions, Collier served at GlobalLogic, where she led Global Talent Acquisition & People Development, driving global executive hiring and people development strategies across digital product engineering and Generative AI. Before that, she spent nearly eight years at Cognizant as Global Executive Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Director, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives while leading executive recruitment, executive compensation, and leadership assessment initiatives for Director through Executive Vice President-level talent worldwide.
Earlier in her career, Collier held senior executive search and leadership roles with globally recognised firms including Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, Hodge Partners, Rhodes Associates, and OTR Partners, specialising in C-suite recruitment across technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and professional services. She also held multiple strategic leadership roles at TD Ameritrade, including Senior Manager – Strategic Alliances & Vendor Relationships, Chief of Staff to the Chief Security Officer (CISO), and Senior Manager – Business Solutions, where she led enterprise transformation, IT governance, strategic sourcing, security initiatives, and executive-level cross-functional programmes. Her extensive experience across executive search, leadership consulting, technology, and strategic business operations positions her exceptionally well to lead Innova Solutions’ global talent acquisition and leadership hiring agenda.
