With nearly two decades of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise architecture, pre-sales, digital transformation, and technology leadership, Gagan Mohan Singh has built a distinguished career helping organisations modernise mission-critical SAP landscapes. In his new role at Sookti.ai, he will lead the company’s technology strategy, product innovation, and enterprise transformation initiatives as it advances AI-native execution solutions for SAP customers.
Prior to joining Sookti.ai, Singh served as SAP Pre Sales Lead at NEC Corporation India Pvt. Ltd., where he advised enterprises on SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Fiori, and enterprise integration strategies. Earlier, as AGM – GTM IT (Jockey & Speedo Business) at Page Industries Ltd., he led SAP Sales & Distribution, ordering channels, SAP integrations, retailer portals, e-commerce integration, and digital transformation initiatives supporting the company’s retail and commercial operations. He also previously served as PreSales Lead at NEC Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., leading SAP implementation proposals, migration strategies, and enterprise solution architecture across public and private sector organisations.
Singh’s entrepreneurial journey includes founding Dukantastic Retail Apps Pvt. Ltd., where he developed mobile technology solutions for FMCG retailers to improve customer engagement, credit profiling, and retail operations. Earlier, he spent over five years at PepsiCo as Business Relationship Manager, driving SAP integrations, business process improvements, and technology-enabled transformation. His career began with IBM as a Senior SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant, where he delivered SAP implementation programmes for organisations including Frito-Lay, L’Oréal, ITZ Cash, and Eicher Volvo Commercial Vehicles, establishing deep expertise in enterprise SAP transformation. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Marketing and IT from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), providing a strong academic foundation that complements his extensive technical and leadership experience.
