Stans, Switzerland, July 2026 — ROSEN Group, a global technology company specializing in asset integrity management solutions, has announced the appointment of Alanna Abrahamson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 2026. She succeeds Matthias Vogt, who is pursuing opportunities outside the organization.
An accomplished global finance executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience, Alanna brings a powerful combination of strategic finance expertise, business transformation leadership, operational excellence, investor relations experience, and deep industry knowledge across industrial, technology-driven, energy, automation, and multinational organizations.
In her new role, Alanna will lead ROSEN Group’s global finance organization and support the company’s next phase of sustainable growth, operational excellence, innovation, and long-term value creation. She will work closely with CEO Andreas Opfermann and the executive leadership team to strengthen financial performance, support strategic expansion initiatives, and enhance stakeholder value across the organization’s global operations.
Prior to joining ROSEN Group, Alanna served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer at Marelli Group, one of the world’s leading automotive technology companies. During her tenure, she oversaw the global finance function across a business operating in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, helping navigate transformation initiatives within a rapidly evolving mobility and automotive technology landscape.
Before joining Marelli, Alanna spent more than a decade in senior leadership positions with ABB, where she held several high-profile global finance and strategic leadership roles. Most recently, she served as CFO of ABB’s Process Automation Business Area, a multi-billion-dollar global business delivering automation, electrical, digital, and industrial solutions to process industries worldwide, including the oil and gas sector.
As CFO of Process Automation, she successfully improved profitability, strengthened return on capital, optimized working capital performance, enhanced productivity, and led a global finance organization comprising hundreds of finance professionals across multiple countries. She also served as a Board Member of ABB Korea and played a critical role in advancing the division’s digitalization and operational excellence agenda.
Earlier at ABB, Alanna served as Head of Investor Relations, where she worked closely with the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, investors, and analysts to define and communicate ABB’s investment story. Under her leadership, ABB’s investor relations function achieved significant industry recognition, and she was repeatedly recognized among the world’s leading investor relations professionals in the capital goods sector.
Throughout her ABB career, she also held leadership roles including Senior Investor Relations Officer, Integration Project Manager for the Ventyx Acquisition, Integration Project Manager for the Kuhlman Acquisition, Project Manager for Finance Competency & Development Programs, Risk Manager and Business Unit Controller, Controller – Global Service Business, and Manager/Senior Internal Auditor. These assignments provided extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance transformation, risk management, organizational development, operational integration, strategic planning, and corporate governance.
Alanna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Simon Fraser University. A Canadian citizen with extensive leadership experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, she brings a truly global perspective to the role.
Based at ROSEN Group’s headquarters in Stans, Switzerland, Alanna is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s continued expansion, strengthening financial discipline, enabling innovation investments, and creating sustainable long-term value for customers, employees, and shareholders worldwide.
