In this role, Wilson will report to Zef Banda, CEO, Banda Group International. Wilson brings a wealth of experience to BGI, having held significant roles in human resource management across various industries. Her appointment is set to further enhance BGI’s commitment to excellence in employee relations and organizational leadership within the EH&S, construction, and security sectors.
Before her current role at BGI, Wilson was instrumental in HR operations at MC Companies, where she led major initiatives to restructure the HR department to better align with corporate objectives from May 2023 to March 2024. Her strategic HR interventions significantly enhanced employee engagement and streamlined talent management processes.
Prior to MC Companies, Wilson served as a Human Resources Manager at Scottsdale Golf Group from November 2016 to January 2022. Her leadership was pivotal in managing comprehensive benefits programs and leading the HR department through strategic and operational challenges. Wilson’s tenure at Scottsdale Golf Group was marked by her adept handling of compliance issues and her innovative approach to employee wellness programs.
Earlier in her career, Wilson also made significant contributions as a Human Resources Generalist at Transatlantic Tax Inc, where she managed payroll and tax compliance for clients with international tax obligations from February 2012 to November 2016. Her role involved intricate financial management and deep interaction with both clients and administrative bodies, ensuring adherence to fiscal regulations.
