Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Sweta Mishra has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Helios Mutual Fund. Mishra brings over 18 years of leadership experience across asset management, broking, wealth management, banking, technology services, and financial services. In her new role, she will lead the people strategy and talent agenda for Helios Mutual Fund, with a focus on strengthening organizational capability, fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Prior to joining Helios Mutual Fund, Mishra served as Deputy Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Securities, where she led a team of HR Business Partners and managed the entire spectrum of HR functions across multiple business zones. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, employee relations, succession planning, and leadership capability building. She worked closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and growth priorities.Before Kotak Securities, she spent nearly seven years with ICICI Securities as Chief Manager – Human Resources, contributing to talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the business.
Earlier, Mishra served as Associate Manager – Human Resources at 3i Infotech Ltd. (erstwhile ICICI Infotech), where she acted as an HR Business Partner for a large employee base across India and played a key role in corporate HR initiatives and workforce management.She also held HR leadership roles at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd., supporting both corporate and retail sales teams, and gained valuable experience with HBL Global Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, where she managed HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Mishra began her professional journey with Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd., building a strong foundation in human resources and people management.Recognized among distinguished HR leaders in the financial services sector, Mishra has developed a strong track record in talent transformation, leadership development, employee experience enhancement, organizational effectiveness, and culture-building initiatives. Her appointment reflects Helios Mutual Fund’s commitment to strengthening its people capabilities as it continues to expand its presence in the asset management industry.
