The elevation comes as the company accelerates the growth of MiFiX.ai, its AI-native enterprise platform focused on helping organisations deploy enterprise systems faster, with greater operational efficiency, governance, and control.

With over 25 years of experience, his career arc spans leadership roles at India’s largest institutional groups, including HDFC Life and the Tata Group, to building and scaling new-age technology and fintech platforms across global markets. In his expanded role, he will continue to lead MiFiX.ai’s enterprise growth, global expansion, and strategic partnerships, leveraging his deep expertise in driving large-scale digital transformation and high-growth business expansion.

Commenting on the announcement, Sajeev Viswanathan, Founder & CEO, said, “Over the last few years, Shrish has demonstrated true leadership in his services to the New Street Group. He has led the Business Development function with utmost professionalism, has been a key member of the Company’s strategic think tank as we evolved from being a start-up to a sustainable scale business, and has demonstrated the passion required to build an organisation for lasting success. This elevation to the Board, while being a testimony to his contribution, also recognises his potential to fulfil his obligations as Director on the Board of the Company, to our Clients, Shareholders, and Employees alike.”

Commenting on his elevation, Shrish Anand Lal, Executive Director & Chief Business Officer, said, “I am grateful to the Directors and Shareholders who have trusted me with this responsibility. New Street has been built by an extraordinary team, and it is their talent and commitment that makes this company what it is today. From this position, my focus is clear: steer New Street to new heights, alongside the team that makes it possible. The best is ahead of us.”

Founded in 2017, the company builds AI-native enterprise platforms focused on accelerating software deployment and operational transformation in regulated industries. Its flagship platform, MiFiX.ai, enables organisations to move from business requirements to deployable enterprise systems through AI-driven configuration models.

Today, the company serves marquee clients in India and globally and has deployed enterprise technology ecosystems across regulated financial environments, supporting lending, savings, insurance, and financial services operations at scale.
