In addition to her ongoing duties in external affairs, Tammie will now collaborate closely with the People and Culture team, reflecting her dedication to fostering a dynamic and supportive workplace environment.
Tammie’s expanded role highlights her commitment to aligning BCI Minerals’ internal culture with its external objectives, ensuring the company thrives both within and beyond its organizational boundaries.

Tammie joined BCI Minerals earlier this year as Head of External Affairs, where she successfully managed stakeholder engagement and led the company’s communications strategy to bolster its market presence. Her ability to integrate complex communications challenges with strategic business goals has been pivotal in her leadership.
Before joining BCI Minerals, Tammie held several key roles at Minderoo Foundation, including Director of Engagement and Director of Advocacy. In these capacities, she spearheaded major advocacy campaigns and communications initiatives, furthering the foundation’s global impact.
Tammie is also the Founder and Director of Oasis Consulting and Coaching, where she provided strategic counsel and coaching to C-suite executives and organizations. Her work ranged from external affairs strategy to leadership coaching, showcasing her expertise in aligning leadership performance with business outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Tammie spent over a decade at BHP, where she served in various leadership roles, including Manager of Communications (Australia) and Manager of Government Relations (WA). Her tenure at BHP saw her streamline communications teams across multiple regions and manage critical government relations during significant expansion projects.
