Atlanta, Georgia, United States, December 2025 – Teresa Vanderlaan has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services at AJC International, marking a significant leadership milestone in her long-standing career with the organisation. In this expanded role, she will lead AJC’s global people strategy, corporate services, organisational effectiveness, and workforce governance across international operations.
Her elevation reflects AJC International’s commitment to strengthening leadership depth, global talent strategy, and organisational resilience as the company continues to expand its international footprint.
Teresa brings over fifteen years of institutional leadership experience at AJC International, most recently serving as Director, Global Human Resources, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy, workforce governance, leadership development, and organisational transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
Prior to this, she served as Global Human Resources Manager and Global HR Business Partner, playing a pivotal role in building scalable people frameworks, strengthening leadership pipelines, and embedding strong performance cultures across AJC’s global operations.
Earlier in her career, Teresa held senior HR leadership roles at Philips, where she partnered with business leadership on workforce strategy and organisational effectiveness, and at The New School as Director of Staffing Services. She also built her early talent leadership foundation at SiriusXM and Peregrine Systems, strengthening her expertise across recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and organisational capability development.
