With over 18 years of experience at daa, Thomas will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent development across the company’s global operations.
Thomas has had a distinguished career with daa, holding leadership roles in both finance and human resources. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Chief People Officer, he served as the Group Head of Reward, where he developed and implemented comprehensive reward strategies across the daa Group. His expertise included executive compensation, pay and pension management, and global mobility initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Before transitioning to HR, Thomas held senior finance roles, including Head of Finance, where he optimized financial performance and strategic positioning across business units. As Financial Controller – Security, he provided financial leadership and risk assessments to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Thomas began his journey at daa in finance-focused roles, including Cost & Efficiency Accountant and Financial Analyst, where he delivered critical insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. His early experience in shared services further honed his expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
