Itasca, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Accertify, Inc. has announced the appointment of Tina Yarovsky as Director, Global Talent. In her new role, Tina will lead the company’s global talent development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition strategies, supporting over 1,000 colleagues worldwide as Accertify continues its growth in the digital identity and fraud prevention sector.
Prior to taking on her new position, Tina Yarovsky served as Director, Knowledge & Learning Solutions at Accertify, where for more than six years she architected scalable learning experiences, employee onboarding programs, and internal product training initiatives that empowered colleagues across global operations.
Before joining Accertify, Tina taught leadership and interpersonal communications as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Valparaiso University and spent time in France strengthening her language and cultural proficiency. Earlier, she served as Chief Administrative Officer at Grenzebach Glier and Associates, where she oversaw a broad portfolio including HR, recruiting, marketing, and business operations.
Tina also spent 17 years at Trading Technologies, where she rose through the ranks to become Vice President across multiple functions, including Online Support Services, Knowledge & Learning Solutions, and Support Operations. Her contributions there included the launch of a global LMS, product training programs, and improvements in customer self-support models.
Earlier in her career, Tina held several roles of increasing responsibility at Trading Technologies and at FIMAT, bringing a well-rounded foundation in finance, administration, and operations. Across her career, Tina has been recognized for her ability to develop people-centric strategies that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
