Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Tinju Augustine has taken on a new strategic role as Senior Director – Business Value at NTT DATA, within its Client Growth Office, where he will lead multi-tower, multi-million-dollar transformation pursuits. In this high-impact position, Tinju will work closely with C-suite leaders to co-create technology-led programs that drive measurable business outcomes and unlock long-term enterprise value.
His mandate at NTT DATA aligns closely with the company’s mission to bring “One-NTT” synergy across its digital, consulting, and technology ecosystems—helping global clients navigate complexity and modernize with confidence.
Tinju joins NTT DATA after an illustrious 11-year tenure at Adobe, where he held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Digital Transformation & Customer Advisory Practice Owner, spearheading GTM strategy, customer engagement frameworks, and strategic advisory for enterprise clients across industries. His work involved collaborating with CXOs, running executive strategy sessions, and leading Adobe’s Global Expert Interventions program, delivering direct value impact to the sales pipeline and enterprise solution adoption.
Before this, he led the Digital Strategy Practice, helping clients harness Adobe Experience Cloud to drive customer-centric innovation and marketing transformation. He also played a key role in Adobe’s Digital Strategy & Personalization consulting team, crafting solutions that integrated personalization, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
Prior to Adobe, Tinju worked with Oracle as a Marketing & Account Management Specialist, where he advised senior IT leaders on digital transformation and helped drive enterprise technology adoption. His early professional journey began as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies, where he built and optimized digital retail experiences for global clients.
