POMONA, CALIFORNIA — Temco Logistics has announced the appointment of Tinna Gonzalez as the new Director of Human Resources, a role she assumed in April 2024. Gonzalez’s promotion comes after more than two years of dedicated service within the company, marking a significant step in her professional journey in human resources management.
Gonzalez joined Temco Logistics in December 2021 as an HR Business Partner for the West Coast, quickly demonstrating her prowess in strategic HR management. Her role expanded over time, culminating in her position as HRBP Manager before her latest promotion. Throughout her tenure, Gonzalez has been instrumental in shaping the HR landscape at Temco, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Temco, Gonzalez served as Branch Manager at ASC Staffing Group, LLC, where she led significant staffing and operational initiatives from February 2021 to December 2021. Her leadership in this role underscored her ability to manage complex HR functions and improve organizational effectiveness.
Before her time at ASC Staffing Group, Gonzalez held multiple roles at Partners Personnel, including Payroll Manager and Staffing Specialist, from June 2017 to January 2019. Her tenure at Partners Personnel was marked by her adept management of payroll operations and staffing needs, highlighting her comprehensive skill set in HR management and employee relations.
Gonzalez’s earlier career involved significant responsibilities in HR management and business operations, where she consistently delivered on key organizational goals and demonstrated strong leadership in various HR capacities.
