New South Wales, Australia, May 2025 – Trapti Bansal has stepped into the role of Head of People Operations at MTX APAC, bringing with her over 15 years of expertise in human resource management across geographies and industries. In this new position, she will lead HR strategy and operations across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on building a globally aligned, agile, and people-centric organization.
Trapti has been with the MTX ecosystem for over six years. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Director – People Office at MTX Group, where she was instrumental in driving global talent acquisition, performance management, compensation benchmarking, and HR compliance. She also led initiatives related to POSH, career progression frameworks, and HR automation across remote teams.
Before MTX, she worked at US Tech Solutions as Senior Manager – Human Resources, managing HR strategy and operations with a focus on performance, training, and global talent acquisition. Her experience also includes her role as Assistant Manager – HR (Australian Operations) at Dhanush InfoTech, where she managed HRIS, talent management, and employment-based immigration for Australia.
Trapti started her HR journey at GATI-KWE and later worked with Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited, building strong foundations in payroll processing, performance management, and employee training. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from the University of Lucknow.
