Troy Menezes has been a dedicated member of Avendus for nearly 8 years. He began his journey at Avendus in September 2016 and has held various positions, culminating in his recent promotion to Executive Director – Human Resources.
From July 2020 to March 2024, Troy served as the Director – Human Resources in Mumbai. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and driving talent management initiatives. His strategic planning and employee engagement efforts significantly contributed to the organization’s growth.
Prior to that, Troy was the Vice President – Human Resources from April 2018 to July 2020. He played a key role in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. His leadership and expertise were instrumental in enhancing the company’s HR practices.
Troy started at Avendus as the Associate Vice President – Human Resources in September 2016 and held the position until March 2018. He focused on recruitment, training, and career development, ensuring a strong alignment between employee goals and organizational objectives.
Before joining Avendus, Troy worked at Deloitte Australia as a Senior Consultant from May 2015 to May 2016. He delivered change management, HR transformation, and workforce transition assignments across various industries, managing client expectations and facilitating high-quality project delivery.
Troy’s career at Deloitte India spanned from October 2010 to April 2015, where he held several roles, including Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Senior Analyst. He managed engagements focused on employee engagement, competency modeling, and career path frameworks, and was identified as a subject matter expert in employee engagement across Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting Practice.
