Mumbai, India, June 2026 – DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited has announced the appointment of Tushar Mehta as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources leadership, talent management, organizational development, workforce transformation, and people strategy, Mehta joins the organization at a significant stage of its growth journey within India’s renewable energy sector.
In his new role, he will lead the company’s human resources function, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability building, succession planning, and culture transformation initiatives that support the organization’s continued growth and long-term success.
Throughout his career, Mehta has built a strong reputation for aligning people strategies with business objectives, developing high-performing teams, strengthening organizational capabilities, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. His extensive experience across multiple facets of HR leadership positions him well to support DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited as it continues to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited, Mehta served as Chief Manager at KEC International Ltd., where he spent more than five years contributing to human resources leadership, organizational development, workforce management, and people initiatives within one of India’s leading infrastructure and engineering companies.
Before KEC International, he spent nearly nine years with Larsen & Toubro as Assistant General Manager – HR & Industrial Relations. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in HR strategy, industrial relations, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness across large-scale industrial operations.
Earlier, he served as Manager – HR at HNG Float Glass, where he managed human resources and industrial relations functions supporting manufacturing operations.
Prior to that, he worked as HR Manager at Piramal Glass, contributing to talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and people practices across the organization.
His earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager – Personnel & Industrial Relations at UPL Limited, where he was involved in personnel management, industrial relations, employee welfare, compliance, and workforce management initiatives.
Mehta recently completed a Certificate in Advanced Strategic Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIM Visakhapatnam).
He also holds a qualification in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Organizational Behaviour from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.
