New Delhi, Delhi, India, November 2025 — Vaibhav Trivedi has joined DTDC Express Limited as Zonal Head – Human Resources, North and East, bringing with him over 14 years of comprehensive experience in HR strategy, business partnering, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. In his new role, Vaibhav will be responsible for leading HR operations across the North and East regions, shaping people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a performance-driven culture aligned with DTDC’s growth ambitions. His appointment signifies the company’s commitment to strengthening its workforce capabilities and advancing its position as an employer of choice in the logistics and express services sector.
Before joining DTDC Express Limited, Vaibhav served as Head of Human Resources – Central India at Ecom Express Limited, where he led HR strategy, stakeholder management, and people development across a large and complex regional workforce. His efforts focused on leadership capability building, talent retention, and driving high-impact HR programs that supported business expansion across key territories.
Prior to Ecom Express, Vaibhav worked with PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd, where he held roles including Zonal HR Head – North 1 and Regional Human Resources Manager. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in implementing workforce planning strategies, developing future-ready managerial talent, and institutionalising HR frameworks that reinforced collaboration and performance across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Vaibhav served as Regional HR Manager (South & East) at Religare Health Insurance (RHI), where he focused on HR business partnering across diverse geographies and operational environments. His work contributed to strengthened employee engagement and the establishment of scalable HR operating models to support business transformations.
Vaibhav began his HR journey at Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, where he managed HR operations for the South region and developed strong foundations in people management, talent enablement, and stakeholder collaboration. His early career also included a stint with Radio City 91.1 FM, which contributed to his exposure to dynamic, fast-paced HR environments.
