Maryland, United States, August 2024 – Valerie Dzbynski has joined Inteleos as the new Director, People Operations. In this role, Valerie will lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, optimizing HR processes, and supporting the organization’s mission to provide equitable access to quality care.
Before joining Inteleos, Valerie served as Vice President, Human Resources Operations at Prescott HR, where she led operational excellence initiatives, focusing on employee benefits design, HRIS management, and strategic human resource planning.
Prior to Prescott HR, Valerie was the Director of Human Resources at Music & Arts, where she was responsible for driving strategic HR leadership and operational planning, contributing to the company’s growth and workforce development.
Earlier in her career, she worked as the Area Human Resources Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where she led HR operations across multiple regions, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and HRIS management.
Her previous experiences include roles at ALPLA Group and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., where she managed HR functions and employee relations, building a strong foundation in strategic human resource management.
