Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, February 2025 – Veedehi Patel has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Adani Defence & Aerospace, marking a significant step in her career. In this position, she will focus on building a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity, playing a key role in driving talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement for the company.

Veedehi Patel has had an extensive career in human resources and talent management. Before stepping into her current position, she served as Lead Talent Management at Adani Defence and Aerospace, where she played a crucial role in workforce planning and succession management for over a year. Prior to this, she worked as HRBP Strategy and Chairman Office at Adani Enterprises Limited, where she contributed to HR policy development and strategic business planning.
Before joining Adani Group, Veedehi Patel was a Human Resource Manager at GE Grid Solutions, where she was instrumental in succession planning, workforce engagement, and talent acquisition. She also spent over two years at LM Wind Power, holding roles as Lead HR Specialist and Employee HR/IR Manager, focusing on labor relations and HR operations.
Her HR expertise was further honed during her tenure at GE Healthcare, where she supported supply chain HR functions, and at Exide Industries Limited, where she undertook an HR internship focusing on policy development.
In addition to her corporate HR experience, Veedehi Patel has contributed to mentorship and public service initiatives, working with organizations like Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan, the Health Department of Gujarat, and Kribhco.
Veedehi Patel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service. Her strong academic background, combined with her extensive HR experience, has positioned her as a leader in organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
