Florida, United States, July 2026 – Veristat has appointed Clint Wolfe as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its global capabilities and support life sciences organizations worldwide.
In his new role, Wolfe will lead Veristat’s global people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, culture transformation, and human resources operations. He will work closely with the executive leadership team to support the company’s growth objectives while strengthening its people-first culture and operational excellence.
Wolfe brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across organizations serving the life sciences, healthcare, technology, and clinical research sectors. Prior to joining Veristat, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Neovance and Endpoint Clinical Solutions, where he led global talent and people strategies across a geographically dispersed workforce.
Earlier, Wolfe served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ArisGlobal, a leading life sciences technology company, where he was responsible for global HR strategy, talent development, organizational transformation, compensation, benefits, HR technology, and ESG-related people initiatives. During his tenure, he played a key role in supporting organizational growth, change management initiatives, and a major private equity recapitalization.
Before ArisGlobal, he was Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources at Bioclinica, leading HR operations for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees worldwide. He also spent more than 16 years with IMS Health (now IQVIA), holding a series of senior HR leadership positions across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and global operations. His responsibilities included global talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, HR operations, and workforce transformation across more than 100 countries.
Throughout his career, Wolfe has developed extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational development, talent management, leadership effectiveness, HR transformation, change management, and global workforce strategy. His experience supporting high-growth, private equity-backed, and multinational organizations positions him to help Veristat further strengthen its talent capabilities and organizational agility.
His appointment comes as Veristat continues to support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations in advancing complex and innovative therapies through clinical development, regulatory strategy, and commercialization services.
