Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Vipin Venugopalan has taken on a new role as Head – Human Resources at Nazara Technologies Limited, a leading mobile gaming and esports company headquartered in India. In his new capacity, Vipin will be responsible for leading the organization’s talent strategy across geographies and aligning people practices with the company’s rapidly evolving business and global footprint in gaming, esports, and digital entertainment.
Vipin brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent over a decade at TMF Group, where he held multiple key HR leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Head – Human Resources, South East Asia, where he played a crucial role in managing talent and organizational effectiveness across regional operations for more than five years.
Prior to this, he served as Associate Director and Head – Human Resources, India at TMF Group for two years, leading national-level HR strategies and initiatives. His tenure at TMF Group also includes a successful stint as Senior Manager – Human Resources, where he was instrumental in building scalable HR frameworks and fostering an agile work culture.
Vipin began his HR consulting journey with HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd., where he contributed to leadership development and strategic HR advisory engagements. Earlier in his career, he gained strong operational HR experience at Tech Mahindra Business Services, where he worked for over four years, and at Hutchison Global Services, where he served in multiple roles including Team Coach and Customer Service Advisor.
Vipin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
