Before this elevation, he served as Senior Vice President – Operations, where he played an important role in establishing and strengthening the company’s microfinance presence across northern India, including expansion in Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Prior to joining Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, he spent nearly six years with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited in multiple leadership roles, including Chief Manager, Senior General Manager, General Manager Operations, Regional Manager, and Area Manager. During this tenure, he managed large portfolios, led multi-branch operations, and contributed significantly to improving business growth and asset quality across regions including Western Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Agra, Meerut, and Varanasi.
Earlier in his career, Vipin Yadav began his professional journey with Jaipur Rugs Foundation as a Summer Intern, where he worked on livelihood-related initiatives focused on supporting women in rural communities.
