Phoenix, Arizona, United States, March 2025 – Vita Duncan has officially stepped into the role of Vice President, People at SnapCare, a rapidly growing AI-enabled healthcare workforce marketplace. In this new leadership position, Vita will oversee SnapCare’s global people strategy, focusing on workforce engagement, talent optimization, leadership development, and operational efficiency to support the company’s mission of transforming healthcare staffing through technology.
Vita has been an integral part of SnapCare for over three years, steadily rising through the ranks. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of the People Team, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives across global HR operations, including the expansion of the Philippines team and the implementation of impactful performance, inclusion, and engagement strategies. Prior to that, she was Director of Team Member Experience, where she played a pivotal role in scaling HR operations and enhancing employee satisfaction during SnapCare’s rapid growth.
Before joining SnapCare, Vita held the role of Human Resources Project Director at Allstate Identity Protection, where she led the digitization of HR systems, implemented key onboarding and benefits strategies, and was recognized with the “Energizer Award” for her dynamic leadership. Earlier, she spent over three years as Director of Human Resources at InfoArmor, where she established performance management frameworks and received accolades such as “Employee of the Month” and “Most Valuable Teammate.”
Her previous roles also include Senior HR Business Partner at Zenefits, HR Employee Relations Consultant at Banner Health, and HR Manager at Club Colors, giving her a comprehensive foundation in healthcare HR, compliance, and workforce transformation.
