Nashville, Tennessee, United States, May 2026 — Wade Sempkowski has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Bridgestone Americas, marking a significant leadership progression within the organization.
In his new role, Wade will lead financial strategy, performance management, and capital allocation initiatives, supporting Bridgestone Americas’ continued growth across its diverse portfolio of mobility and tire solutions.
Wade Sempkowski has built a strong leadership trajectory within Bridgestone Americas, where he has spent over seven years in progressively senior finance roles. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he served as Vice President Finance, where he played a key role in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives across the business.
Earlier, he held positions including Executive Director Finance and Director of FP&A, leading teams responsible for financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and executive reporting to both regional leadership and global headquarters. His contributions have been instrumental in strengthening financial discipline and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In addition to his operational leadership, Wade also serves on the Board of Directors at TireHub, reflecting his broader influence within the industry.
Prior to joining Bridgestone, he spent several years at Mars Petcare, where he held multiple finance leadership roles, including Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategy, as well as Interim Finance Director. During this time, he led financial strategy, analytics, and business performance initiatives across key product segments.
He began his career with roles at Southern Land Company, building a strong foundation in business operations and financial analysis.
Wade Sempkowski holds an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University, equipping him with a strong academic foundation in financial strategy and leadership.
