Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, September 2024 – Yashaswi Haramurali has started a new role as Head of Performance and Rewards at Equitas Small Finance Bank, effective September 2024. In this position, Haramurali will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management and rewards strategies to drive employee engagement and organizational success.
Yashaswi Haramurali brings extensive experience in HR and performance management. Most recently, he served as an Associate at Mercer India for approximately one and a half years, following a role as Senior Consultant for about two years. During his tenure, he was involved in shaping compensation strategies and employee benefits for diverse clients.
Before his time at Mercer India, Haramurali worked as an Assistant Manager – HR (Rewards, Talent Management, Employer Branding) at Raymond Consumer Care for about a year and a half. Here, he managed reward programs, talent management initiatives, and employer branding efforts, contributing to the company’s HR strategy.
Earlier in his career, he was an Information Technology Recruiter at SilverPeople, where he handled IT recruitment for various clients for nearly a year.
