CHICAGO, Illinois, United States, September 2025 — Zachary Spreitzer has stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer at Haymarket Center, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in healthcare finance and nonprofit administration developed over a multi-decade career.
Prior to joining Haymarket Center, Zachary served at Esperanza Health Centers, where he led financial operations and planning. He oversaw budgeting, forecasting, accounting standards, and grant administration, making key contributions to the organization’s financial stability and compliance.
Before that, he spent several impactful years at Erie Family Health Center, contributing to the development and execution of financial planning systems, reporting processes, and diversity initiatives. His work supported budgeting efforts across numerous facilities and helped expand operational capacity during challenging times.
Zachary began his career at Health Care Service Corporation, where he grew through multiple cost analysis roles. His experience there laid a solid foundation in cost accounting and financial reporting for large-scale organizations.
Earlier in his professional journey, Zachary held positions with Commerzbank AG and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where he developed an early understanding of finance, analysis, and corporate consulting.
