Andhyka Setyawan Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Peruri

Indonesia, July 2024 – Andhyka Setyawan has joined Peruri as the new Head of Human Resources. In this role, Andhyka will lead the HR initiatives to support the company’s strategic goals and enhance the overall employee experience.

Andhyka’s most recent role was at PwC South East Asia Consulting, where he spent nearly six years. He progressed from Manager to Senior Manager during his tenure. As Senior Manager, he was responsible for overseeing various HR consulting projects, providing strategic HR solutions, and supporting organizational development.

Prior to PwC, Andhyka worked at PT XL Axiata Tbk as the HR Business Partner Manager for over two years. In this role, he partnered with business leaders to drive HR strategies, improve employee engagement, and support talent development initiatives.

Before joining PT XL Axiata Tbk, Andhyka spent over three years at Chevron. He served as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and later as the Human Resources Business Partner. His contributions included implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting the company’s HR operations.

Earlier in his career, Andhyka worked at INPEX Corporation as a Senior HR Planning & People Development professional for two years. He focused on HR planning, talent development, and organizational growth.

Andhyka also held a position at IDClear for over three years, where he worked in HR Training and Recruitment. He played a key role in developing training programs, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employee skills.

About Peruri: Perusahaan Umum Percetakan Uang Republik Indonesia (Perum Peruri) is a state-owned enterprise entrusted by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to print Rupiah banknotes and coins, as well as non-currency security documents or other valuable papers. Established on September 15, 1971, Perum Peruri is a merger of two companies: PN. Percetakan Kebayoran (PERKEBA) and PN. Artha Yasa.

In accordance with Government Regulation No. 32 of 2006, Perum Peruri is tasked with printing Rupiah currency (banknotes and coins), passports, stamps, excise tapes, and land books/certificates. Peruri continues to support the Indonesian economy by providing high-quality printing services and ensuring the security of its products.
