Shanghai, China, June 2024 – Michele Fink has been appointed as Division Vice President, Human Resources, Display, MCE and Asia at Corning Incorporated. Michele brings extensive experience in human resources leadership and will be instrumental in driving HR strategies for Corning’s divisions in Asia.
Michele has been with Corning Incorporated for nearly five years, showcasing a progressive career in HR management. Before her current role, she served as the VP HR, Optical Communications for nearly two years, where she was responsible for leading HR initiatives in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to that, Michele was the Human Resources Director, Optical Connectivity Solutions, and Human Resources Manager, IT, both roles where she played a key part in enhancing HR practices and processes.
Before joining Corning Incorporated, Michele held the position of Vice President Human Resources NA, People & Org. Development, HRIS & HRPMO at Gordon Food Service. She also has extensive experience at Perrigo Company plc, where she served in various HR leadership roles over 14 years, including Director, Global Organizational Development & Change Management, Head of Training & Talent Management Systems, US Regional Training Manager, and SAP HCM Program Manager.
Michele’s early career includes roles such as Director of HR for Perrigo New York, Training Manager, Continuous Improvement Engineer, and Employee Relations Representative, where she honed her skills in employee relations, training, and operational efficiency.
