Zürich, Switzerland, August 2024 – Anja Kuhn has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Scandit AG, where she will lead the human resources function, driving organizational growth, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives. In her new role, Anja will be instrumental in shaping Scandit’s people strategy to support its continued global expansion and innovation.
Anja Kuhn brings extensive experience in human resources leadership to her new role at Scandit. Prior to joining Scandit, she founded her own business in real estate development, where she managed investments, property development, and sales. This entrepreneurial experience honed her strategic thinking and leadership skills, which she now brings to the tech industry.
Before her entrepreneurial venture, Anja served as the Managing Director of Global Human Resources at Sportradar AG. In this role, she scaled the HR function from 1,500 to 3,000 employees across 20 countries, implementing a scalable HR model and integrating Workday as the HR system. She also played a critical role in Sportradar’s IPO, equity plans, and M&A activities, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in sports data and content.
Earlier in her career, Anja held senior HR roles at Activision Blizzard, where she was the Vice President of International Human Resources. She was responsible for HR strategy across multiple regions, leading digital transformation initiatives, and playing a pivotal role in one of the industry’s largest acquisitions. Anja has also held key HR leadership positions at Novellus Systems, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and other global organizations, where she developed and implemented HR strategies that supported business growth and transformation.
