United Kingdom, September 2024 – ITV is pleased to announce the promotion of Anna Beresford to the position of Head of People, Corporate Services. In her new role, Beresford will be responsible for leading the people operations within ITV’s Corporate Services, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Prior to her promotion, Anna Beresford was serving as Head of People, Media and Entertainment at ITV for approximately one year. In this capacity, she led HR strategies across ITV’s media and entertainment sectors, driving talent management and organizational development.
Before this role, Beresford worked as the People Business Partner for Finance at ITV for four months. She provided strategic direction on people-related matters to the Finance Leadership and managed key HR initiatives.
Her previous role was as HR Business Partner for Finance and HR Transformation Programme at ITV, where she spent around two and a half years. Beresford played a crucial role in implementing a new finance structure and supporting business transformation projects.
Earlier in her career at ITV, she served as HR Business Partner for Corporate Services for over four years, focusing on employee engagement, organizational change, and complex employee relations issues.
Beresford began her ITV journey as HR Manager and HR Advisor, supporting HR operational services and employee relations at ITV Studios.
