Portland, Oregon, United States – September 2024 – Paul Rauen has been appointed as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Tektronix. In this new role, Paul will oversee HR strategies for Operations, SSO, Finance, Legal, and IT, contributing to Tektronix’s goal of driving innovation and efficiency.
Paul Rauen joins Tektronix from his role as Global Human Resources Sr. Director at Accruent, where he worked for approximately 8 months. At Accruent, he led global HR initiatives and supported organizational growth across various regions.
Prior to Accruent, Paul was the Interim HR Leader for Intelex Technologies ULC for about 7 months. He served as an executive HR leader, focusing on strategy, change management, organizational structure, and HR operations for Intelex, a Fortive Operating Company.
Paul’s previous role was as HR Director, Americas at Accruent for around 4 months. Here, he managed HR functions for the Americas region, driving employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Earlier, Paul was a Senior HRBP Manager at Accruent for nearly 2 years. In this capacity, he supported senior leadership in strategic HR planning and employee relations.
